I have a 2003 Cadillac CTS blower motor does not operate. Replaced fan motor and resistor module. Dash indicates blower on but no air flow. Have 3 different connectors under dash at blower motor. Green one with green wire/ brown marker, purple wire/brown marker and brown wire/ blue marker. Resistor connector with black wire, grey wire black stripe/ brown marker, blue wire and black wire with 2 red stripes. Motor connector has blue wire and black wire with 2 red stripes. Fuses ok not sure about mini fan relays. What are expected values on wires

 

Fixed blower motor. Not the fuse, blower motor, resistor or wiring. Swapped out relay in fuse panel. Simple fix but nobody mentioned that could be problem
