hi i recently just bought a 99 deville i am having a problem with the blowerwhen i hit the button to turn it on it seems like the fan engages but is super weak for just a second or so and then pops off is there any thing that it might be any help would be much appreciated

 

I think that I would check the ground on the blower motor.
