Hello. I have a 2016 ATS4, and the CUE system is no longer showing Apple Car Play. I want to update the software to see if that will resolve it, and don't really want to take it into the dealership. The OnStar is inactive, so I can't do OTA updates that way. I've searched around online and found a bunch of posts indicating that you can do it yourself a couple of different ways, such as connecting the car to an in-range WiFi network, or downloading an App for Windows called 'Cadillac CUE Connect' and then pairing a computer to the car using the Bluetooth on a phone as a bridge. I haven't as of yet been able to get either to work. For the first option, I can't find any option in the CUE menu to connect to an available WiFi network, and for the Windows app, the site I found it on had a link to the app, but it was dead. Can anybody help me with getting this update done? Or is it even possible to do it yourself? Thanks.
