Recently purchased a 91 allante and I'm trouble shooting some needed repairs. Any hints on how to acess the spark plugs on the back of the 4.5 v-8? Also left front fog light needs replacement, how do you remove bulb holder. Thanks for any assistance, sgt bob

 

spark plug removal, three ways ...

- put the car on a lift and you can reach the plugs from underneath,

- remove intake hose and by sitting on top engine, you can reach them

- put a jack under engine and undue the mounts, lower engine a couple of inches and reach plugs from topside

fog lights and headlights .. all bulb holders come off from the rear, standard turn and pull sockets .. passenger side is a bit more difficult than driver's side

caution - if your brake RED light is on, do not drive it until we get a diagnostics on it ..
