Green Gunk in my master cylinder!?!

Default Green Gunk in my master cylinder!?!

i have a 93 seville sts w/ 195k miles. Just bought it and i noticed green gunk (grease-like) in my master cylinder. i replaced the fluid and cleaned the reseirvoir. what is the green gunk? and is it normal? any advice would be helpful...thank you

it sounds kinda scarey, it's likely a good thing that you changed out fluid.

Definately NOT normal. Looks like something out of an old movie, don't touch it.

Seriously, never saw anything like that before, and haven't a clue as to the cause.
