brakes locked
1990 Cadillac Deville but it doesn't want to move forward or back its as if the brakes locked. Help please? Thanks!

check to see that the e-brake is releasing.
if that is ok, then see of the calipers are moving with the application of pedal pressure.
lastly, the fluid is 18 yrs old, probably turned to gel .. flushing brakes system is important and usually skipped.
