Person doing restoration work for me says my freshly rebuilt 1955 331 engine does not pull enough vacuum to run the brake booster. He says the engine only pulls 13 pounds and booster requires 20 pounds. Can someone tell me if these facts are true and where the vacuum should be tapped on the engine? Thank you
