mornin..... what transmission is in the '99 sts?...... what can anyone tell me about drive line delay, and is it fixable?.....
ex: "drive line delay".........cruising at any speed, and back off gas, there is a delay in the let-go...... also going bad on the gas, there is also a slight delay before the trans responses.............thanks guys

Well has there been any transmission fluid flush done? or change of the filter & fluid? bad fluid can delay the operation.

 

I'm sure you already checked fluid. I suggest to have car scanned, it likely has codes stored.Transmission is very repairable.Hope it helps
