2000 Deville dhs no overdrive

Default 2000 Deville dhs no overdrive
I have no codes displayed.The trans shifts fine thru the gears.The trans will not shift into overdrive and shows a rpm at 65mph of 2700 rpms.Need help to resolve this problem.
