I have seen several after market computer chips that are suppose to give better gas milage. Do these work? Any brand sugestions? I have a 2001 Deville limo,2002 Escalade limo and a 2003 Deville sedan.

If you rely on these cars day in and day out personally I would not put anything aftermarket in the computer. If it was a hooby car Ok to experiment. You can affect fuel consumption by changing your driving habits, keeping your tires inflated and keeping the car in tune, special attention to fuel and air filters. Just my opinion.

We are lucky because Cadillac put instant fuel consumption on the DIC. It is easy to watch how you are doing.

I echo Katz.

BTW, most all chips modify timing and/or fuel delivery, there is no magic involved.

Thanks for the input,,,I and my drivers drive very easy. We use the cruise control as mush as possible. It really makes gas last longer. My vehicles are taken care of like a baby.
