I was just trying to be helpful and list what I think are the best free spyware/malware programs that I have and still use. Today you need more than just an antivirus program. Yes you are right about not knowing me and clicking on 'unknown' links. Do a Google search on the best free anti spyware programs and read about them from a trusted source or ask someone that knows computers. If you only have an antivirus program installed I would bet you are infected with some sort of spyware right now and don't know it, and it is possible that you have a virus that your antivirus program does not detect!

 

I received the same messages. Deleted both.
