Questions on which to repair
A few months ago, I had the oil changed, and in the inspection, the guy said the Tie Rod on the front is wearing out. There are no steering issues, so it sounds like it will last a while longer. Looking online, most places say they are pretty strong pieces of steel, so they don't "wear out". It's a Florida car, so while RUST is possible, there was no exposure to road salt. A couple weeks ago, during another oil change inspection, the mechanic said it needs Ball Bearings, but I do not hear any noise when driving or turning.
So, which is more important? Replacing Ball Bearings that might be going (but not making any noise), or the Tie Rod(s)? Neither mechanic showed me the bad parts, just said they are wearing out.

Actually mechanics are experienced about the car so he suggest you to change both the thing because he knows well about the future of your car by his experience. So its better for the reliability of the car to change these two things.
