Are 17" rims too small for a 98 deville?

Are 17" rims too small for a 98 deville?
I have a 98 devile and can get a great deal for some 17" estoria 5 point rims wrapped in vouges. Are these too small?I can also get some 18" lexani crystals cheap but those have blackwalls. What do you guys think?
