I need to replace the shocks and coils front and rear on my car. I have 1995 Fleetwood brougham. 5.7 350ci. It has original air suspension. I cant afford 2 grand to replace with new parts so i wondering if anyone knows what other makes or years i can scavange these parts from? OR the dealer told me they make aftermarket shocks that do not use the air suspension... BUT no one has these except the dealer "autozone, napa, advance auto, car quest, all car, etc" and the dealership wants alot for each shock. The part number they supplied for the aftermarket shocks is 88945177. But No one seems to be able to cross reference this number... not even monroe or gabriel factory... once i said cadillac replacement air ride shock they said sorry we do not supply those you need to contact the dealer. so anyone out there no any other cadillac years or models i can scavange these from?
