Default Plug Wires and Coils HELP!

Our 98 STS started running real crappy after a day that we did not use it. We've had a lot of rain and very moist air around here the past few days (Duluth,MN)

At the coil pack I have arcing going on between the first and 2nd wire (from the left and also between the 3rd and 4th, the 4th terminal is also arcing down to the base of the coil pack.

I am figuring on pick up a set of plug wires in the morning. Is there a way to test the coils?
Is there anything else I should be looking at?

Thank you very much for your input.

You need wires for sure, You will also need the coil that is arcing to base it is carbon tracked, it is producing spark but it has made a permanent alternate path to ground. Generally coils are tested for by output, auto parts stores sell spark tester to check coil(s)
