I recently had a crash on my CTS2012 cadillac, it was all fixed and beautiful, but my sister used my car, and ran the driver's side up a curb and scratched my bottom fin. Very high curbs in the Chicago area.
the auto detailer quoted $ 850.00 - my co-worker thinks I can order the parts from Amazon, he will paint and installl for me.

the bottom fin section - it has 4-5 bolts keeping it on the car
