Default I want to buy a Cadillac and need some Help

Hallo,
I'm from Germany an got an offer: a Cadillac Eldorado Fleetwood built in 1974.
I do not know anything about this car. I just own 3 VW Beetle so a Cadillac is totally new. Please tell me for what I have to look for!

You can find some pictures here:

The engine is running, the automatic gearbox too.

Someone spend some time redoing the interior, but everything else, IMO is beyond economical reach to restore .. you can buy a no-rust car like that in solid shape for a fraction of what it will cost to restore this one.

to restore this one, you would have to buy another car for parts and then, you got all that rust.

This car needs to retire in dignity

You missunderstood me ! I do not want to restore this car! I want to make it usable, to drive around and have fun and sell it sometimes to by a better one!

But maybe you can tell me if this car is totally damaged or if I can rescue it.
It should cost 3000€ ( 4163,19$ ). In Germany a Cadillac costs a lot of money, but to import a car like this is also VERY expensive!

Can you tell me for what I have to look for, what are the "illnesses" of this car? ( The illness of a Karmann Ghia are the battery boxes -mostly they are rosty ) !

thanks ( and sorry for my baaaaad english ! )
