Default pittsburgh, pennsylvania area??

helloo ppl. i've got a cadillac cts that i need to get checked soon. i had a couple bad experiences around my area with getting my cadillac looked at.. so i was wondering if anyone out there could suggest a place? one dealership i havent tried out yet (and actually my friend suggested it to me, but only because he passes by it often) is mike kelly cadillac (http://www.mikekellyauto.com). has anyone dealt with them before? are they any good?
or does anyone know of any good cadillac dealers around here? orr even just let me know if you had a bad experience somewhere, and i'll eliminate checking that place out too.
thanks!

if you were a 125 north, i could give you a few guys to work on your cts. however, whats up? anything special? or just routine stuff. id try Kelly caddy. give them an oil change to do. see how you like them, etc.
good luck

Wellcome!
I'm sorry i don't really have any advice concerning mike kelly [&o].
Actually i'm more interested in your bad dealership/servicing experiences - call it morbid fascination hehe.
If it's not too painful, can you go into more detail? or rather, what should I look out for?, what are the warning flags that i'm about to put my baby into the hands of a people of questionable character?
