4 Killed In Car Crash Near Palmdale Airport, Calif.
A car accident near the Palmdale airport claimed the lives of four people Saturday night the California Highway Patrol said.
All four victims were thrown from an Audi A4 in an accident that occurred at 10:20 p.m. at 70th Street East and Avenue N.
The Audi A4 was headed north on 70th Street when it failed to stop at a stop sign and broadsided a Cadillac, causing both vehicles to overturn in a field, according to reports from the scene.
A California Highway Patrol officer said those killed were two young women and two young men.
The driver of the Cadillac suffered serious injuries and was airlifted hospital.
