Beautiful weather for this long Thanksgiving Weekend here in Great "not so White" North. To all my fellow Canucks, have a wonderful and thankful weekend. It's going to be so nice we are planning on having Thanksgiving Dinner out doors on the patio this year! GobbleGobble.

1st, i didnt know Canada has such a holiday,
2nd, when is it?

 

It's now, our harvest is a full month earlier than yours because we are more NORTH. Usually it's darn cold by now but for some reason it is hitting the high 70's to low 80's, 28 or so on our scale. The holiday is the same as yours pretty much, turkey, pumpkin pies, fresh corn, lots of family time - only sooner. We celebrate the beginning of hockey season contrasted to your big Football games. If people haven't locked up their cottages by now this is the last chance. Most summer cars are tucked away by now too.

i'm a Clevland Indians fan.....so you can imagine what state i'm in.... just beat N Y Yanks twice..... plaiyoffs.....tonight i hope they sweep......, i'm traveling today, so want to get there, ( indiana ) before game, but then i'll miss the Browns game....well have to listen on radio......oh well...

Went to the Panthers home opener last night. They were supposed to be a better team this year but have lost there 1st 2 games. I have been a season ticket hold since the first year. Imagine, in their third year they were in the Stanley Cup finals against Colorado, (got swept). Of course I am a Flyer's fan, but they were the worst team in hockey last year. Hoping for better things this year.
