Ahh, Montana! Did you know that "USA TODAY" did an investigation on government corruptness this past week on account of the Illinois govenor mess. Listed the most corrupt states in order "per capita" and Montana was "Number 1." Interesting enough, Alaska was "Number 3" and the one I expected to head the list, "Louisiana" did peg in as "2nd."
