Family friend is a senior management guy (no job title because I don't want him to get any trouble) at GM's Oshawa plant where the new Camaro will be run. Told me last week they built the first Camaro. He had some GM acronym name for it but basically it is an engineering mule and test bed car, they shipped it to Arizona for testing. The plant was all a buzz because he said the car is awesome.

 

Can't wait to see that bad boy. I'm hearing all kinds of rumors regarding HP.

 

Where in Arizona did it go? I am in Phoenix and will try to get a sneak of it if it is out here!!!!

 

I won't see him until after Christmas again. I just assumed GM had some facility out there. He also said that after that it was going to Kapuskasing, Cold Weather Facility in Northern Ontario. Test results fed back to plant engineers who will make production changes if needed.
