Default New owner and first Caddy. 67 DeVille Coupe

Member on lots of other forums but new here. Bought it a couple weeks ago but just received it this morning. It's bagged and in pretty good shape. One immenint issue is that the gauges are not functioning. I'm wondering if this could be as simple as replacing the printed circuit card?
May eventually switch to disc brakes but that's about it. I'll add pics once it gets a good bath!
