Greetings Everyone!
I am new to the site, I have been looking for a good Cadillac Message Board for me to join and read up on these newer cadillacs and maybe the old.
I don't have a Cadillac right now, but my first car was a 1989 Sedan Deville, pictures here.
I am a recent 23 year old grad from Michigan State University, with a BA in Philosophy. I live in Harbor Springs, MI and work in Charlevoix, MI for a small computer repair company that does contract work and walk in support.
I am the creator of the Chrysler Sebring Convertible Club, which is the car I am currently driving, model year 1996.
I have been eager to get back in the driver seat of a Cadillac. I gave up mine to my brother when he got his license to kill. It had to be retired at 232,000 Miles and my dad sold it for $150 without telling me. If I remember correctly the shop said that the number 2 piston couldn't hold pressure anymore and was causing for an extremely rough idle and ride when accelerating. Dad didn't want to pay for it to be repaired. It was a very sad day in my life. lol.
I am looking at a 2000 Seville someday, by the time I can afford it, the prices for used one will be down.
I look forward to reading the posts here and maybe even helping out here and there!
