Angry new here and need help really bad!!!

i have a 96 eldorado and i changed the head unit. ran all new wires to the bose speakers and connected the new radio. the only problem is that i had someone do it for me and he tried to use a red wire from the climate controll mod below the radio as an ignition for the aftermarket radio.. well now my speedometer does not work and i no longer have the information center working. 2 fuses were blown, 1 bieng the cluster and the other i forgot. i replaced the fuses and still no information center or working gauges. so i put everything back to factory and tried disconnecting battery for half hour and still no results. could it be a blown bcm or pcm? and if so whre is the pcm located? i know where the bcm is, but not the pcm. by the way every fuse is good behind the rear seat and under the hood and the factory radio is working, just no information center or lights on climate controll and no working gauges. please help me im lost!!!

Codes? Do you have service manual? PCM is under / within lower air filter housing. It is unlikelyto be the cause.
