My HID headlight bulb, just went out a few days ago and the dealer saids it cost $200 just for the bulb. I checked with AutoZone and it's $100 there. Is this bulb easy to put on yourself in a 2008 Escalade?

 

Light fixture must be pulled out and disassembled but it's not too difficult, you can find help on utube. You can find cheaper price bulbs if you look around, ie... Amazon or ebay. I bought a few on ebay (6000K HID) and they look and work great.

 

If you touch the bulb with your bear skin it will cause it to go out.
