Default Hello, I'm back under a new name.

I have a 03 Cadillac Deville and it would not start, so diagnosed as no fuel pressure in tank I dove into the fuel pump, pulled it out and it was the sensor pressure module on top of the pump its self, ok I'm going to change the pump and the sensor as long as I'm going gonna work on it, got the old pump out and a new pump in and the quick connect on gas line had a yellow rubber O-ring that had fallen, was the same size as the rubber sleeve that fell out out of the connector itself from inside, when I pulled the line off a rubber black sleeve came out with the connector, and then with the rubber O- ring with it not in, gas drips out. Where does it fit into place???? Things are tuff working with Stroke!

If I buy the Dorman 800-080 Fuel Line Quick Connector That Adapts 5/16 In. Steel To 5/16 In. Nylon Tubing Connector and use a heat gun to heat the black plastic feed my

motor line will this solve my problem? The plastic line comes up from the driver's side to the top of the fuel pump mounted in tank and the defective connector is connected to it. jert41
