Default 2007 cts radio

Hey guys,
I have replaced the fuse and the radio reset and worked fine until I turned the car off. When I restarted the car the radio was blank. I took it to the dealer who said he took the radio apart and cleaned the connections and it reset for him as well. Well when I went to take it home the radio was blank again. My question is has anyone here experienced this ? I appreciate all of the help and the time everyone puts in here to help others
Thanks
Dan

I couldn't find anything related to display, the radio only uses the 2 fuses. Provided you went to GM dealer the tech should have found DTCs. The DTC(s) may have indicated if the blanking out was related to other module(s). With no codes I'm thinking it's internal to radio. If you shop for used one; the part number would have to match the one you have. It would also need to be programmed to car by dealer. Did either fuse blow?
