Hello All

I have a 1987 Coup Deville. I have had the car for 8 years and 2 years ago the engine went bad. I took it to a machanic to install an engine that I brought for $350.00 with 55,000 miles on it. The mechanic sold my engine to someone else, used my car as salvage parts and took my key that goes the the wheel lock. Now I can't get the wheel lock off. Can someone help me find a wheel lock. People have been wanting to but it for the past years and I said no. I am restoring it. Thanks
