Default 1978 Coup DeVille

This car was my Dads pride and Joy (other then me of course) and since he has passed on I would like to keep it in good working order. My main concern is where does one find parts for a car that is 29 years old (but in very good shape)?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ive already posted this site on a different thread and its making me sound like the unofficial spokesman, but http://www.collectorcartraderonline.com has parts for sale as well, and you can search for people within your region if thats a concern. Another fun way to search for parts is to call up Autozone or your local Cadillac dealer. They may not actually have any of the parts, but its always good for a laugh making them look. Plus they may be able to reference you to scrapyards in the area that may have what you are looking for. they should still have access to all the filters and stuff like that. My advice would be to find a rusty POS with the same engine and buy it as a parts car, assuming you have a huge garage (or a few cinder blocks to put it on in the yard)
