I have a 90 fleetwood and have the same problem with the slow windows, I was told its just the way they are and nothing i can do about it. As far as the window not going down at all, my passenger front window did that and we all know how hard it is to get the door panels off a caddy, so i just punched the inside of the door when i was holding the button down, works great now and is faster then the rest of them, LOL Not a professional way of fixing it but it sure did work.
