Thank you for taking the time to read and hopefully respond to my post. I have a 99 Deville De Elegance that has started showing this message across the DIC.The car does start, but if I leave the battery hooked up, it will drain it.I read all the posts on here for the KeyPass system, Metered both keys, 681, and put in the special jumper.I still have problems ! The DIC has a security light when I first upt the key in and then when I start it the theft system message comes on along with all the other trouble lights. These lights stay on and the Fan for the Comfort system comes on High, while the car is running.Since I already did the "jumper" I would like to pick you guyses brains as to what should be my next step to trouble shoot the theft system, or if possible bypass the whole damn thing? The chilton/hanes manuals have not a thing about the theft system in them. Thanks for your help, Mike
