removing plastic fasteners

Any way to remove the round plastic fasteners that attach the plastic guard under the front of the engine? I mean remove in a way that they can be reused... Trying to replace coolant, and looks like the belly pan must come off. 2004 SRX V8

Should be push center type retainers,just pull center out and they should come out.
