basically a lot of praying
u need to rock it back and fourth use some type of lub to release the rust in the back.
if u r going to replace the rear rotors use a hammer hit the rotor turn rotor and hit it again continue to do this and it will come off

There might be a ridge of rust on the outside edge of the rotor where the e brake shoes are located, just keep hitting the the rotor like gmtechs said. Try using a pry bar between the hub and rotor while hitting the back of the rotor. Usually the rotor will come off without any damage to shoes.
