Overheating and No Heat '01 DeVille

Overheating and No Heat '01 DeVille
2001 DeVille , Engine temperature overheats quickly while driving and there is no hot air working inside the car. New thermostat, coolant, and radiator. hoses at the firewall are not getting hot. Any ideas?
