Question orifice tube replaced - leaking

I was having the symptoms of the clogged a/c system, took the ac***ulator and orifice tube and replaced (tube was
jelly and ac***ulator felt heavy, well upon re TIGHTENING the main bolt where the orifice tube is I can't get that to seal, no matter what
I do it leaks and yes have put the o ring back correctly and also tried adding an o-ring and some Teflon tape on the threads, nothing is working
why could this be happening ?
Any Ideas on how to stop this from leaking

My first thought would be that you either have the wrong orifice tube installed, or something is binding it and not allowing it to seat. You shouldn't have to work to tighten the bolt, it just holds it in place. All of the pieces should fit together easily with no force required.

It would help to know what type of vehicle and what the connection looks like.

It was not sitting correctly when the bolt got tighter. I had to go to a double O ring and now it is sitting fine and
sealing together

Thank You
