2000 Seville Where is the diagnostic port located? I looked under the drivers side dash and could not find it. Is it behind a panel? Please help.

Thank you, found it. Next problem is power windows, only the drivers window operates none of the others will work. The door locks have the same problem, only the drivers door works. I checked for blown fuses but found none, are they controled by relays,or modules?

Window lock on? Modules control most things. tech2 recommended for diagnosis, you will need at least a wiring diagram. You really will need a FSM on disc. GM went away from paper manuals in 2000
