Default no spark 94 sls 4.6

i recently pulled the motor out and just got it put back together. and now it wont start. i checked the coils they are all good. i got another icm and that didnt fix the problem either. i have checked every wire conector and every thing is pluged up. i know i have power going to the icm, but not sure if it is on all the right points. the sercurity light doesnt come on so i have been told it dosent have anything to do with vats. and the service engine soon light doesnt come on even when you first turn the key on. i cant check the codes because the gauge cluster wont show any thing but it was like that before and it still ran. if any one has any pointers or a wire diagram for the ignition system i would appretiate it
thanks

Check fuses at underhood fuse block, and large connector that connects near it C101 is the one you want to check for bent or backed out terminals.

C101 is a 56 pin connector that plugs in near under hood fuse block. it may may have bolt in center. Power wires for ICM & PCM go thru it.
