I have an 06 STS AWD,It came with 235/50/18 on the front and 255/45 /18 on the rear. Is it possible to put the same size tire all around ????

New Tires - 06 Cadillac STS AWD you got the OEM 18 inch wheel/tire set. I believe they also have a 17 inch set.

I dont know if it is possible, but with an AWD, I would assume it is designed for that set.
It has got to be a nice sweet ride.

 

My STS has255/45 /18's all the way around and it drives fine.

 

The issue you need to be very careful about is the overall outside diameter of the tires. They must MUST be very close to the same or you will put unnecessary strain on the drive train and will probably damage the transfer case. It is all solid gears, not much room for slip. Width of tire isn't critical. Look in the service manual, I think it will say what tire size to use. Use that size unless you want to have a repair bill that costs more than the car is worth.
