Default NEED HELP. 1983 Deville HT4100 swap

So I bought an 83 Deville a few weeks ago for $900. Why? I think it's a beautiful car. There's something wrong with the POS 4100 of course and I would like to replace it. What are my options and how much would it be? I heard the 4500 will swap right in. Would it require an additional exchange of wiring and other components? Also, is a re manufactured 4100 a decent option? If so, what should the mechanics I hire to swap it do in order to make it last unlike the original motors? Thanks.
