I own a 2002 DTS with navigation. Last week I opened the screen to remove the map DVD to play a movie for my granddaughter. When I pushed the Tilt button to close the screen, the screen closed only about half way. I've opened and closed it several times since; each time it only closes about half way.

Anyone know what's up with it? Is there a secret code I can use to get it to seat properly, or do I have to bite the bullet and take it to an audio shop?
