So my second 93 Allante just showed up from a deal where I bought two of these cars, and it has a little something extra. I already know it has been modified with after market wheels and exhaust, but now it seems someone has slipped in something on the engine too.

Anyone seen one of these before and can educate me on what it is? I assume it's retarding the spark in some way for added performance.
