Default Northstar in a 93?

I have a 1993 Sedan DeVille with the HT 4900 engine. Now, I have just recently got my hands on a L37 Northstar with 290 Horsepower, and was wondering if it is possible to fit the Northstar into a 93 DeVille. To me it would make sense, because it's a 4.6 Litre engine making it slightly smaller than the 4.9 I have.

The 4.6 is abigger engine than the 4.9
DOHC makes for BIG cylinder heads.
Also the tranny is a good bit larger for the northstar.

I'm sure the swap could be done but it would be expensive and time consuming IMHO.

Well, at least I have the 4T80E Transmission also, I got both the engine and tranny from a doner 95 STS. Well, I have 10 grand to throw into making it happen.
