Two of them actually ~

I have a 2000 Deville and would like to disable the daytime running lights. Does anyone know if there is a procedure?

Also - at night the headlights are pretty is dismal in my opinion, I've replaced the bulbs with Sylvania Silver Star Ultras and that didhelp a lot.
But, still...the patterns are very poor and provideand the low beams are too low, but the high beams are OK (for the height of the aim). If I raise the aim to give me better low beam coverage then my high beams will be too high.[:@]

Any suggestions????

There also has got to be a way to run both the high and low beam bulbs at the same time too (this is a common alteration on Chevy pickups)....that would maybe help on the open highway.
