Jingle/Rattle from front when riding over bumps

Jingle/Rattle from front when riding over bumps
I have a 98 eldorado and I've noticed that when riding over any sort of unlevelness or bumps in the road I hear these terribly annoying rattles from the front of the car around the shock area. I've heard some ppl think that it's the front struts, anyone have any other ideas? Thanks
