I have a 2002 Deville and I am having an issue with 2 injectors, I checked the ohms for the injectors and they all read 14.5ohms, then I checked the voltage of the injectors

#1 - 11.66 volts
#2 - 11.65 volts
#3 - 6.72 volts
#4 - 11.65 volts
#5 - 11.63 volts
#6 - 11.64 volts
#7 - 11.62 volts
#8 - 3.28 volts

can someone please help me, I don't know if it's just a ground problem or if my pcm is going bad
