Default 1999 Seville STS I need help !

I greet all.

I am the new user of forum, I am from Poland and I have Cadillac Seville STS 1999 year.

I have 2 problems, which I can not solve

First problem:

On free turns engine works very unequatly. Probably already I exchanged all - cables, spark plugs, module, lambda sensors etc.
Probably receives for a lot of gas because strongly senses in exhaust gas.
I will add that I have not catalyst, or this can be cause.
What can be cause?
I will add that I have not catalyst, this can be cause ?

Second problem:

The windows are fogged up. I exchanged cabin filters but this nothing helped. Ventilation behaves so as all the time will was included internal circulation.
Ventilation will work correctly by 3 minutes then and problem is again and so still...

I will be grateful for all answers.

Best Regards

Chris

1. modified exhaust, no catalytic, probably no O2 sensors, rich mixture, etc
need to put it back to specifications .. also, pull codes.

2. sounds like a leak in heater core, or a windshield seal.

1.Codes which computer shows then P0134 P0135 P1614
I will add how I press gas pedal then is shoot in exhaust.

2. Heather core probably is good because it does not decrease cooling liquid.

Windows are fogged may be due to internal temperature is not maintained properly.

this could be caused by numerous things.
have you left your windows down while it was raining and the interior got damp and stayed this way because it had not been able to air out?

I have done this several times with my sunroof. i left it open over night and it either rained or got foggy out and then cause tons of moisture to build up in my car. I had to let it air out on hot days by keeping the windows down. I just have to remember to close my sunroof lol.

These 2 codes concerning the O2 sensor which is on the back side twards the firewall sounds like it is going bad.
P0134 - Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 1 Sensor 1 (means ECU isnt getting enough info)

P0135 - Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 1

This code here could be from anything such as low battery. was this code a current code or history code?
P1614 - Loss of RIM Serial Data

92_Daddylac I know, that these two codes concern of lambda sensors,
but I exchanged already all sensors two times on new and is still the same problem

Code P1614 is current code and so as is write caused with low battery
currently how temperature fell then battery died
Thanks for help in this case

I never left open panes how it rained and interior is not damp.
The internal circulation self - actively and works by about two minutes.
And I can not this switch off nor change.
I think that this can be cause only why do alone internal circulation turns on?
