Well the panel should be held on the door with plastic "clips" i guess you could call them.
1-Make sure the steering wheels are straight.
2-Next turn the key to the OFF position and remove the keys from ignition.
3-Remove the SIR fuse from the fuse block in the trunk. (with the fuse removed put the key in the RUN position. The AIR BAG warning light illuminates which is normal operation and does not mean a SIRmalfunction.
4-Remove the CPA or Connector Position Assurance (tiny thing connected to the YELLOW 2 way connector for the steering wheel air bag located around the floor or base of steering column.
5-Disconnect the Yellow inflatable restraint 2 way connector
6-Remove the IP compartment (don't exactly know what IP stands for probably instrument panel but somebody could chime in on that)
7-Locate the infaltable restraint IP module yellow connector attached to sheetmetal to the right of the IP comapartment.
8-Remove CPA and spread apart
As for the door panel it should be just a set of "clips" you could say around the perimeter and also the door handle n window controls are probably holding the center in place.
9-Disabling the air bag, remove the CPA (if you have noticed all connectors on the SIR system have them)
10- Disconnect the 2 way yellow connector
When you are enabling the system after finishing what you are doing just do 1 through 10 but connecting them. The last thing you will do is put the fuse back in the fuse block in the trunk. Staying away from the air bag turn the key to the RUN position and the warning lamp will flash 7 times and then turn off.
I couldnt tell you if you have to take the air bag off to get to the window motor but I am assuming you will have to. If you decide to have a certified technician do it, thats alright too.

I went and looked at the service bulletin on alldata too and anything dealing with the doors you have to disable the SIR (Supplemetal Infaltable Restraint)system so you won't be getting anywhere until that happens so. be patient with everything.

To disable SIR prior to doing repairs:
Step 1: Disconnect negitive battery cable.
Step 2: Wait 15 minutes to allow SDM to discharge reserve voltage. SIR now disabled

I know you to do it yourself, but it should cost .7 times local labor rate to have motor replaced. Door trim panels cost 100.s to replace when you break them. I think you would be better off taking it to shop or dealer.
