Default Hardwire a Radar detector...

Hello all, I'm sorta new to this forum. My question to the Tech's here is.... I want to hard wire a radar detector into a 2008 SRX. Yes I know I could just plug one iinto the power port in the console, but I also know how forgetful I am. I really don't want to see the blue lights in the mirror, and think D**m I didn't plug in the detector.
The owners manual says there are two fuse panels in the interior. It says they are under the carpet under the back seat. My question is... is it under the second seat or the third? How difficult is it to find?? I've looked and felt around on the carpet, and I don't feel anything like a fuse center. Just getting old I guess... Help an old fart out, will ya??
