I just put a new fuel pump in my 2003 Cadallic escalade and my fuel gage quit working. It works first time I crank it in the morning and then stops when i go to drive it. what can cause that.

 

its just real tired of keeping track of all the gas these caddys use.....keke. sounds like the sending unit, on the fritz, or when the pump was replaced something got screwed up. have the wrench that did the fuel pump check it out for you.
